Buying or selling a property?

OUR SERVICES

We attend settlement at the vendor’s appointed time and venue and conduct the settlement process with the vendor’s/ purchaser’s solicitor and the funder’s solicitor. If the funder attends settlement the funder will take charge of the transfer documents and will arrange for the transfer to be lodged with the Department of Natural Resources and Mines (DNRM). If the funder does not
attend settlement then we will take charge of the transfer documents and will arrange for the transfer to be lodged with the DNRM.

Off the plan purchases are usually far more complicated than the purchase of an existing property. These types of purchases are the first time the title on the property has been created and there are many requirements to fulfil. There are issues surrounding strata planning that need to be addressed as well as time frames and finance applications to consider. The price to do a conveyance on an off the plan purchase would need to be quoted separately.
